These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BDMA ("we", "us", "our"), including any features that connect to your Facebook account and Pages. By creating an account or connecting your Facebook account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

BDMA lets you connect your Facebook Pages, publish and schedule posts, photos, videos, and carousel content, and view basic analytics about your connected Pages, workspaces, and team.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

3. Facebook Connection

When you connect your Facebook account, you authorize us to access and use certain data and permissions (such as your Pages list, Page content, and the ability to publish on your behalf) strictly to provide the features of this application, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect your Facebook account at any time from within the application or from your Facebook settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this application to:

• Post content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, or violates Facebook's own Community Standards or Platform Policies.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or another user's account or Pages.
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited bulk content.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload or publish through the service. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to post to your connected Pages.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features that depend on the Facebook Graph API may be affected by changes, outages, or restrictions on Facebook's side that are outside our control.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and disconnect your Facebook account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any action taken against your Facebook account or Pages by Facebook.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
